The Reign Project INC is a non-for-profit 501c(3) community based organization whose purpose is to make a positive change in our communities that are underfunded and forgot about. We believe everyone deserves the same opportunities regardless of race, living situations, and income. Through advocacy and outreach activities, our team works tirelessly each day to contribute their part to the greater good. With the collaboration of our Founders Tim Anderson and LaTonya Darden, we hope to inspire others to advocate for those in need.
Youth Involvement
Here at The Reign Project, we are driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the world a better place for all. We teach and show our future youth leaders how important it is to give back to their communities. We strive to build productive relationships and make a positive impact with all of our endeavors.

TIM ANDERSON
President
With us since our founding, Tim Anderson is one of our veteran team members. He brings over 10 years of experience and skills of working with the inner city youth of Chicago by way of working for Chicago Public Schools and coaching/training basketball. His knowledge and relationship building skills with this population will ensure the growth and success of our organization.
LATONYA DARDEN
Vice President & Executive Director
Experienced, trustworthy, fun. These are just a few words that describes this invaluable member of our team. LaTonya Darden passion to work with this population has shown in her past endeavors while working in Chicago Public Schools and in the judicial system advocating in the last 15 years. Her tenacity to give back and mold future leaders remains unmatched.
NATASHA NICKERSON
Director of Career Coaching
Natasha is a business professional and entrepreneur with over two decades of successful experience and education. She is currently a Public Administrator for the City of Chicago. She lives and teaches by her motto, "let your job fund your dream." Natasha's life work is using her talent, education and experience to coach, develop, and encourage new and young job seekers and/or entrepreneurs in living out their passions and potential.
CAMILLE DURHAM
Legal Advisor
Camille, 2007 graduate of Chicago Kent Law School, made the impactful decision to focus her law practice on criminal defense. She longed to be able to utilize her education, life experiences, skills and passion to reach those who are often voiceless and ignored in the criminal system.
ERINN BOONE, LPC
Mental Health Therapist
As a mentor, Erinn’s mission focuses on the power of choices and the possibility of change. Erinn attended Governors State University to receive her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has over 15 years combined experience working in mental health and education. Erinn specializes in working with African American women and believes pouring into young women of color is the missing piece in education. Investing in their journey of self discovery, understanding, acceptance, and confidence is key to preparing them to be extraordinary figures in an otherwise ordinary world.
ANDREW CHOI
Community Outreach Assistant
Andrew Choi join the Reign Project INC with the vision and drive to improve upon our Non-Profit Organization, and focused on developing the organization with experience and integrity. He will bridge the gap between the community and resources needed. Andrew is a young and energetic team member. Ready to learn, grow and gain a different perspective from everyone. Choi brings a diverse background to the team that is committed to providing the youth different opportunities.
